Legendary Chicago beer spot. Their team is exceptionally knowledgeable both in the retail shop, and the bar. Their taplist seemingly always has 8 or more different kinds of styles available from local and far fling breweries alike. Now that they've added exceptional pizza, this bar is the total package. If you love craft beer, The Beer Temple merits a visit if you're on Chicago.

Cool corner pub with great Detroit style pizza and a million different often elusive beers. Stopped in played some darts and drank some rare and taste brews. Music is great here too and not too loud. Pizza is by middle brow so it’s fire. Great place and The bottle shop is crazy good too.
Having visited this place for over four years, this is my first time writing a review. Short and sweet: it’s a thoughtfully curated, beautifully designed spot that truly stands out. The quality of everything here is exceptional without feeling pretentious. Each bartender can showcase their style through their music while they work, adding a unique touch to the atmosphere. The temperature of the beers is SICK, and if you enjoy great beer, authenticity, and a safe space to unwind, The Beer Temple is a true hidden gem. Kudos to the team for creating such a dope space!
I didn't have the food but they have a wonderful beer selection. When I visited here, in 2021, they also let me taste a lot of the beers on tap, and had flights. I don't know if they still do, but that was the main reason for the 5 star review. It's great to be able to try so many unique beers.
A super fun spot for meeting friends for beer in an eclectic church vibe atmosphere. Most probably come for the beer but the Detroit style pizza is next-level! On a thick, chewy and crunchy bed of sourdough, gooey cheese and high quality toppings make for a can’t-stop-eating it moment. Don’t miss the salad either! This is a favorite of ours now. It is a do-not-miss visit for beer and pizza lovers.
